When is my class?

Home School Class

Ages 6 and older          Wednesday 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.

The all new “home school” class is designed for those that home school and need a mid-day activity.  Interaction with other children in an active and constructive atmosphere is what you get.  Call or come by for more information about this program.

Lil’ Dragon Program

Ages 4-5          Monday 5:45-6:20 p.m.

At Bryan Hebert’s Ju-Jitsu, we make every effort to meet the needs of every child.  That’s why we divide our classes by age.  For example, the 4 and 5 year olds have a class just for their age group.  The same is true for the other age groups.  So, from ages 4 and up, children learn self-defense, discipline, self-control, respect, focus, and so much more, with
students their own age.  Our professional staff is sensitive to the needs of these impressionable young minds.  That’s why we are very careful to give our young students the best environment for learning the martial arts.

Junior Program

Ages 6-9          Tuesday and/or Thursday 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Ages 9-12        Tuesday and/or Thursday 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Juniors are looking for something fun and exciting.  Our program provides every student with the structure and training to become a martial artist.  Our program also helps to overcome any self-esteem issues or threats from bullies at school.  If your child is looking for the best in martial arts, then Bryan Hebert’s Ju-Jitsu is the place for you.

Teen Class

Ages 13-17     Monday & Wednesday from 6:30 -7:30 p.m.

Adults

Ages 18 +     Evening - Monday & Wednesday from 6:30-7:45 p.m.

                    Daytime -Monday & Thursday from 12:15-1:00 p.m.

Our adult program is geared for adults of all ages.  We believe every adult (male and female) should be able to defend themselves or their family in a life threatening situation.
In addition to personal protection, martial arts training is one of the best ways to stay in shape.   We provide noon and evening classes for adult students.
